I step on you. I step on the whoever I like and don’t like to make sure my right is the reigning way. What is that? Who does that? It sounds so familiar. It sounds so everyday behavior. Still it gives me the creeps, sadism of people and how we see it justified. How to choose what is right is a basic question of being a human. How do we get to the point of doing right, choosing right? What I do has an effect, no matter what I do, so I might as well do what I feel as is the right thing. I feel what is the right thing. We as people have some kind of knowledge over what is correct, still it can be the most difficult thing to do. When all I do is wrong in the eyes of the society I happen to live in, what to do then? There must be something wrong with me, how else… But that cannot be.

But we have all these feelings. How do we know if they are right?

Approving abuse and torture, but not nipples? Hello America. I know you guys are fucked up, but wtf. Oh yes I get it: making the rest of the world as fucked up as you are. Sounds as if someone was defining fun that we all should be having. Fun is overrated. I’m not liking your fun.

Moral disaster

The unbelievably horrible state of mankind is what we are looking at daily. How to comprehend it without sinking into despair and hate, into a world without hope? What other to do than to look at it, this destruction of man straight in the eyes? The eyes of the destroyer. What else, other than to be appalled by what people are capable of? Why are some people capable of mass murder in a blink of an eye, just like that with no remorse? How are people in a world that puts few up and a mass in poverty? Is it just life?
Injustices happening all over all the time do not seem to lessen nor becoming less violent, quite on the contrary. Value of human life is a concept like sand, it itches, gets in your shoes, makes dunes and deserts. It is there, but what can you do with it? How do you understand it? That something, that someone whom you do not know, but who irritatingly exists. What do you do to that existence, that valuable and yet to that nothing that seems to multiply endlessly? That is what millions and millions of people are to authorities, to those who have power, who have money, arms, forces and contacts; slaves without any human rights, who can be mutilated, abandoned, killed and forgotten.
Part of the world today is such that people are executed in public and bodies left dead and displayed for people to see for days. That part of the world has a different meaning for life, why we are here and what is the meaning of human life. A life where each of us has a meaning to serve god. This is what I am told and evidence of this is clear. But to me only god visible is human. People serve people with so-called mandate from god. What is happening is very godless. People are evaluating what human life is worth and who serves who. People are brainwashed to believe god has something to do with mass slaughtering and that there are unfaithful infidels who deserve to die. This kind of insanity has no end. Absolute belief that knows no variety, no mercy, no other than redemption by death is a dead-end itself.

 

The thought that violence solves something prevails. Violence on the internet, in the news, in Europe and in the Middle East. Are there things that combine all the on going slaughter?

Violence does make a clear statement. To use violence is a competition of who will win. Battle that can take a lot of lives, dollars, destroyed cities and energy that could be used more wisely if man was wise, history that will be not be forgotten. That hurt brings justice, puts people in their place and gives satisfaction of revenge and power is a dead end. It has proved itself that violence brings more violence. Some people like it that way. It is provoking way to live, beg for it, to fight like it was the meaning of existence and some kind of destiny that repeats itself no matter what the circumstances, platforms, dilemmas and arms. Now is the golden age of arms dealers. It has been so many decades and to manufacture most imaginable artillery and machinery to kill is a substantial employer and money making strategy that has no limit in the horizon. There is no stop to it unless someone stops it, this madness. Regulation of arms sales is difficult, almost impossible. Someone has to be a person who runs a state and decide how it is run. Protect it. It is protected with arms. Leader as a dictator and as a head of state has power to decide whether the state attacks, invades, oppresses or violates people anywhere. Reasons to attack seem distant until it happens.
Thought that violence would do anything to make things better in the future and good for any nation is an idea of man that cannot live with what he has got, cannot forgive and let go of hurt, does not want his people to thrive but wants to create a power nation. Mental and physical violence are constant and threatening even to people who read the news somewhere of what is happening over there in Ukraine, Sudan, Eritrea, Egypt, Russia, Afghanistan etc. that violence would ease a pain caused, bring a stable and powerful state, keep people as they are wanted to be, obedient and silent. By using force over anything is a weird thought, that destruction would give power, be a win. Retaliation to bring peace, democracy, equality and respectability. It seems so that religious fanatics cause the most wars, religious fundamentalism, disagreements between religious tribes and camps, religious rights, who has the right to kill in the name of God and what kind of God allows killing in his or her name. Are those war-loving Gods men themselves, bearded and muscular, righteous, ancient and angry. Never giving in nor changing. God that wants us to live the ancient times over and over.

Heart of a feminist likes to pour more gasoline into flames. Keep on roaring.

It is always thrilling when conversations about prostitution break loose, every year people like to speak their minds. Talk is constantly more or less active for or against and idea of legalizing prostitution brings more fuel into it. Spitting rage against the industry is clear and loud and I heart the rage, partly, partly I am tired of it. Study tells Swedish model does not function. Nothing functions 100%. There is always a flaw, always unhappy people, hurt people, dead ones, misery and filth. How to make people more content with their lives? It appears prostitution moves places and countries, ways of dealing and doing while laws change affecting the industry positively or negatively.
Mostly I am pro-legalization kind of feminist, so a bad one,,,but my concern are the women and men who do sell themselves. The filth, violence and dirt are there, women are selling their bodies for men to use. Do you think it, prostitution, will be removed as it is a disgusting phenomenon and degrading to women? Poverty and lack of prospects in life is degrading. Some do prostitution voluntarily and why shouldn’t they. Some like the work. Fine. Curious is why hate against prostitution seems to be more on the wall and out there than hate against the actual reasons why many women end up in the industry, reasons which are poverty, lack of education and sufficient welfare.
To make women feel safer? Dream on. Admitting that you are just disgusted by it is ok. I would like to know what is it you are disgusted by. The act of sex with strangers, market of living meat, mortal sin, whoring and pure evil of unrefined behavior, degrading abuse, exploitation of women etc. Yes I am disgusted by hypocrites. It is a world of porn and sex.

It is a demand and fight for human rights to happen for women, children and men, for indigenous people and other beings who are persecuted because of their gender, ethnicity, background, religion, sexual orientation, disability, difference of any kind to defend those who cannot defend themselves. In this regard feminism is not a cause of women only ideology and movement. Women contribute much in welfare in all society starting from home and neighborhoods. Feminism is a necessity and vital opposition against tyranny of corporations and traditions which are creating illusions of perfection and what is right. Feminism is opposition to tyranny of man, tyranny of people as products, against objectification, against tyranny of color, size, ideologies, values, tyranny of finance and irrational decision-making. Women are and have been enslaved to the illusion of perfection, an image of manipulative created clone giving pleasure and finding security through being desirable. In addition to that women are caretakers, providers, producers of new people biologically, socially, culturally and traditionally. Educating girls to their roles as girls, future women, persons and people begin from very young age. We are manipulated to know what is our part. Somebody else knowing what is anybody’s place and meaning in this life is the root of inequality and injustice. A practice of likable personality is a kind of survivalist plan within patriarchical society. Practices of girliness, manhood and womanhood to set security, heterosexual practice of servitude, obedience and slavery. Woman is foremost a sexual being whose sexuality must be controlled and whose body is a possession and is either holy or cursed, disrespected and impure. Situation is such for millions and millions of women. Women who do not have a choice but to breed and feed and protect their honor which is also honor of man and family. There are tasks in society given to women on grounds of natural and on grounds of how things have been done before. How women should look like, what are feminine features and things to do. The whole gender issue should be addressed in technological language as women are much seen as objects and machines. Place of woman falls on her systematically and orderly without much questioning and without many wanting to change that pattern. This is how the factory functions, orderly producing brainwashed products. Case in many countries is that women have the part of reproduction and serving, which is fine if it is voluntarily chosen path in someone’s life. Why such control over women is still possible? How the kind of social factory has place anymore? Why woman needs to be put into a position of a dog and why women stay in that given place?

until nothing else is left than a wreck and a mutilated body. It can be said it is our nature to be violent when looking at the evidence, the history of man. There are some radical contradictions in the picture of salvation; how we pursue it, how we select which ones are worthy of rescuing and how we place grounds for saving.

To save a life is heroic deed. I can’t help of being cynical and think that there have been more or less desperate attempts in the name of saving the world. It is clear people acknowledge we need saving. It is a used theme in movies to give us, viewers, hope that someone is doing good for all of us. We like to see world in need of saving, but we inhabit and use it violently. I use the word world in the meaning it entails us in it, even though we, people like to use world as a tool of ours, which supposedly is outside of us and is for us. I see it, world, as us, in us, inseparable entity which deserves our respect and which is stronger than us self-evidently. We, humans are the ones who need constant saving, we are desperate for saving, hardcore rescuing of souls and minds is needed to mend our bad doings, to save something that is good. The world and its saving operation as it is us, becomes sensible, possible and actually realistic in religious context. It is sad and in the same time joyful situation of hopeful collective understanding which has got to do with faith. But does religion change ethics, attitudes and perspective of man when in the end he wants to save himself?

Why does it look like it is very often irrationality manifesting and presenting itself perfectly. How something very rational as Western modern straight mono culture can turn into being irrational, or has it been like that all along all the time. Something we have been afraid to acknowledge and see, the lunacy of ours in disguise. Modern mixed with Christianity tightly like the Stone Age mixed and living along with cyber space technology. Denying our mental illnesses as something out of demons, something to be hidden as dangerous, something to be killed is to deny ourselves. Crusades ongoing today in our world appear crazy on any scale. There are quite a number of people who have a very good and high opinion about themselves, but they do hateful acts in repeat, rightfully in their eyes for some reason they fail to see hate in their actions.

Violence, to cause violence knowingly, not knowingly, inflict pain deliberately is to be bad, wanting to be bad, to feel bad and ill aggression and adrenaline in your veins and bones must be a powerful feeling, hate, loath, contempt, power in them, it is suffering itself, not knowingly and knowingly is either stupidity, incapability to understand the effects of one’s actions, to put oneself in position of the other, to give a damn, how could that happen. Violent behavior is a learned way to solve life, to solve other people, to solve problems, to see life in violent way is to see only problems.

Violence is a pattern of blindness towards good, blind aggression, blind desire for power.

In this violent simplistic solving one creates more violence. If we are not able to forgive and forget, what do we get. Which acts are violent in the very meaning of hurt? A look, talk, judgment. We can begin to understand violence when we look at ourselves and that we are hurt. Stepping on an ant is killing that ant. There are so many of them how could killing it be avoided? Some sweep their way gently in order to avoid killing bugs since they may be ancestors who have got ants body. Spirit is more important than body, spirit that moves, circulates in the universe, in cosmos over and over again changing form seeking enlightenment. What is violence in this picture of spirits? Punishments of god, what has happened to you in your past lives, what did you do during those past lives. Were you good or bad towards other beings? Of course if you believe.

How to change violent macho culture? Such culture that rules and dictates globally, you know it? It is not capable of being afraid of itself, of noticing the damage done and how it continues living in people. It does not have empathy to notice or care for the ill and of those hurt. A culture that doesn’t want to change because it is tied to strict codes and power relations which operate with brutal violence, fear, shaming and abandonment simplifying the complexity of life and humanity.

I have lived in that culture, I still live in such world. I’m sick and tired of it.

At the moment I want to know has violence in people’s lives been reduced or is the amount of violence experienced and seen continuously increasing as I somehow suspect is the case. So let me know.
