Is demand for equality absurd? I don’t think it has been. It is perfectly reasonable.

We should demand equal rights, equal treatment, equal pay. It means human rights for all, dignity, which can’t be repeated enough. Does this mean when a woman hits a man with her fist, the man should answer with fists? To me equality is when I feel I am mistreated I can say what I think about it. I have a right to give back and find justice for myself. Answering violence with violence isn’t the kind of equality I seek, balancing the amount of hits and injuries really does not bring happiness in the end. When one is in an underdog position bullied by lots of people without much chance to defend oneself, options may seem scarce. How to find an ally for example in a work place where you are only female, should you really fit in, imitate men, become butch to look tough, agree with everything, say nothing and just do your job? I myself only thought it would be hugely ridiculous for me to try be something I am not just to please others so that nothing would change in the world of men and at the work place where workers usually are men. There is an enormous pressure to fit in at work, at school just as if we did not mature from infancy when we seemingly grow up and become adults. To mature and become wise demand brain work, guidance and will to know more.

Just to add teaming up against one person is probably the most pathetic way of getting back at someone, it is not getting even it is to completely break that one person. To me it has happened several times. It has made me think I truly have something that make people tick. I provoke merely by appearance, by wanting to do things out of the box, being interested in things women maybe are not supposed to or are not normally interested in and just trying out. Yes I also say provocative things which to me are not provocative at all but need to be said. For example I said once at work when I did welding that you should be afraid gays they will attack you with pink tanks. I thought it was funny but it was offensive. Just to say gay is a red cloth for some people and so is woman who welds intimidating. (I am mostly quiet about my views at work to avoid trouble.) Open-mindedness is not common, you know, nor is sense of humour.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/11857210/Lawyer-who-shamed-barrister-over-sexist-LinkedIn-email-believes-men-make-workplaces-a-repugnant-world.html“When women enter the male realm whether law, politics, or a construction site, they find themselves in a repugnant world in which their only means of survival is by undergoing a fundamental transformation leaving them with little opportunity to make any change.” If men and women were truly equal, she said, “men’s genitals would be sliced up” in the same way that some women are subjected to female genital mutilation (FGM).

She added: “Equality is harmful to women and most men, as they are required to replicate behaviours that are degrading and dehumanising.””

When temper is freakish

Women with temper are said to be good in bed, women with temper are seen in strange ways which associates with sexuality, funniness, a bit childlike tantrum and troubled mind. You simply cannot lose your temper because to stay calm is what a lady does whatever happens she does not yell, scream back at you, swear, hit, spit at you, give you a speech you have always needed to hear to fall down to the ground. To me that is what a true lady does exactly when there is no other way to be understood. In a world where women are seen inferior, second-class and intellectually incapable calmness is connected to having abilities like strength of mind, maturity and grace. Women with grace who float beautifully doing their tasks in manner that nobody notices, without complaints, tip top smelling good, thanking for everything they get, being happy to have those people who love her around, they bring grace to people who are there to take this lovely grace.
To show anger when there is need is vital. It is vital for children and women who are denied this privilege of showing negative emotions and dissatisfaction. It is necessary for their mental health, to clean the air, to have a conversation, just to explode once in a while is good for you. If people around don’t like it, so what. People cannot stand loud noises, if someone raises her voice it is preposterous, outrageous and disturbing. I myself encourage people to argue, have debates with emotions, not to settle to avoid negative awkward moments but to live and talk them through. Solving problems that can escalate much bigger when left unsolved. To be tolerant towards negative emotions of yours and others’ means the effort and will to understand why such emotions occur and exist. Emotions cause an awful lot of trouble and hurt. To understand emotions is crucial to understanding humans, it is crucial to understand yourself. Why do you feel the way you do, how to confront that problem of emotional self, emotional life to live with variety of feelings, to live with those feelings which may come to you every day like anxiety, anger, hate, envy, feeling of misery and lost, emptiness.
I put my temper in to work. I work with my rage, with all of it. It is an undying one, painful and creative. I use my anger to make art and to write. I cannot stand mildness, situations where there is pretense and I have to hide my self as if I was something terrible and ugly, hide me in disguise of well-mannered middle class fucker. That is intolerable.

Mirror my haha

It is astonishing how backward the world can be and continues to be.

It is a fact that women can be hugely talented and bright. It is sad this has to be stated in this manner for people to believe it and act accordingly. Women have been and are discriminated in science and in art because they are women. It is a tradition that denies the fact that women have capabilities of their own and can be as good and far better than men. Tradition which denies human rights, dignity and full existence of women and girls is doing an awful lot of harm not just for women and girls but to societies as it is now being proved. I myself have experienced this in a fairly civilized country due to many outer traits and due to my gender. I have been seen as weak. It hasn’t made any difference what kind of proof I have displayed of my knowledge and ability, which is astonishing itself. It is as if evidence would not matter, it does not play a role in a world that has set its mind to thinking in a certain way of women like myself. I am of course my best example. It is quite jaw dropping to witness.

In masculinized societies, there are issues such as rising violent crime rates, increasing rates of gang activity and rebel group activity, increasing prostitution and trafficking, and greater constraints on the movement of women.””

Violence is to be escaped if it cannot be controlled and abolished. What else can women and children do when gangs of men see threatening and killing an answer. What is the question? What is the question to be asked as there are no answers other than those already in the air?

Question also is should extreme violence be answered with violence, with as much as we have got to protect those who do not want violence in their and other people’s lives? How do we stop epidemic of growing and expanding gangs and thugs who take over nations after they have taken over neighborhoods and cities? Gunmen and money men who do whatever they need to do to make their views and manners of doing business the only law, make their rules the rules of an entire country because administrators and politicians are corrupt. Nations full of people who have to serve criminals because there is no other choice, criminals who do not stop not even when they are stopped. There is always another one, other one to do the job that was stopped for a moment. Adding to the picture other nations around who have severely contributed to this lunacy along many decades and now refusing to accept immigrants and refugees from countries that clearly do not either want or are not capable of solving crises which last year after year. When there is no culture of democracy to begin with where do we begin? From the alphabet, from the very simple equations that make sense. Infrastructure to making a democratic safe state begins with basic things which are made indestructible, accessible and free. Grassroot first priority must be that there are clear rules which all obey. What is accepted and what is not to understand that there is a nation which needs and wants to make progress. Culture of fast fortune making and taking that fortune with force is too tempting when alternatives are scarce, and obviously punishments do not play any threat in a country where living fast is an ideal.

Clearly violence cannot be answered with violence, clearly, but aggression and death are languages that people speak and breath, straightforward monotonic order of arms, dealers and men. Yes, it is sadly the tongue of men and boys growing to be men since they have to become men who are fearless, merciless, greedy, childish in their needs, fulfilling their needs endlessly thinking that their manhood is majestic absolutely good and it has to be stated with certain kind of masculinity, marks of masculine power, vain bling. Culture of masculine, of macho is one serious threat to stability, health, security, progress, becoming and learning. For a true macho man it is impossible to honor women and children as thinking capable individuals who can have lives of their own, who can also become equal or even superior. Honor is in being a strong independent man who solves problems with silencing, threatening, killing, oppressing, enslaving etc. It is in traditions, religion, family, gender roles, upbringing, schooling, work, a division and putting the man on pedestal because of his gender, because of his role as a penetrating hero who masters his game of power. He is intoxicated by his manly odor and status to whom whores and Madonnas are very separate issues but all the same exploited. What/who is your leader in a free world where bossy men bully being unable of finding any other way to act? When men cannot change how they interact and make the world what hope there is? Actions of macho men are hopeless, totally doomed.

”At the end of July, the OCNF declared a gender violence watch for Mexico State, in which 840 women were murdered between 2010 and 2013 and 1,258 women were found to have disappeared between 2011 and 2012; over half were between the ages of 10 and 17. And though the laws are tough in an effort to combat femicide in the country, the murders are not often investigated as such, a roundabout reflection of the systemic misogyny that creates such astonishing numbers of dead and disappeared.” http://jezebel.com/mexico-is-more-dangerous-than-ever-for-womens-rightsac1726236049utm_campaign=socialfow_jezebel_twitter&utm_source=jezebel_twitter&utm_medium=socialflow

Art as political action: who is watching? Life as political action.

What does it mean to be an activist? It is actively force society to think itself again and again. What does it mean to be an artist and an activist; is there a difference and what can be the result?
Video of a panel discussion on net art, how art scene is a monitor itself that does not have access, does not grant access, does not allow flaws or understand meaning of flaws in doing art (this is my view, how academic and bourgeois point of view blocks away innovation and creativity by wanting to define all under titles, authority and labels), what kind of language art has, is suppose to be, who can create, is a creator, who understands art and why there can be a kind of one way to understand.
Fear of missing out? Missing out of what? Left out of stream, active openness? What is open for us, from where we are out or in?
We can again ask who is an artist (it is the one who says so), who is recognized as an artist and an activist? The one who leaves a mark (visible or invisible, conscious or unconscious? Acknowledge or unacknowledged?) What do these labels, statuses, professions tell and where do they place us?
I see that social media challenges all of what has been seen and monotonously legitimized as art, who is seen an artist, what is art, art as a based continuation to art tradition and what the scene is and is seen as forming the inside and outside.

COMPENSATION FOR EFFORT

As we live in reality where money and what we can buy almost completely dictates what we can do and what we are, it is marginal to live and do art almost without money.

It is strange to notice what it is to be on the edge and how much further one can move to find more edge, edgier place, marginal, isolated and new. It is an emotional place living on string where impossible and unthinkable appear to be the light. To find marginal was to grow tired of budged and project driven art, to grow tired of being said what is possible and what not, who is in who not, how things are done and what is unacceptable. When artists begin to have institutions and curators as authorities it is time to step out.
