To rebel and make havoc

What are the institutions and authorities that need to be made understand power of people? Aren’t they the same institutions that deny power from people, who make us feel we do not have the kind of power needed? Institutions that are and stay corrupt, make decisions from a delusional shell without having understanding or interest in what is going on outside that sheltered shield of bourgeoisie comfort, buddies who promote each other, support each other’s causes and think they are doing good because they are smiling. Especially important rebellion is when people themselves are made believe they do not have power, when they are scared and future seems endlessly horrible and hopeless. Every action that is out-of-order becomes meaningful when people are afraid to behave out-of-order manner, are afraid of being stigmatized and left outside. To be left outside can be devastating and it can be a relief. One can think one is left with nothing if one thinks one is nothing. It can be powerful experience itself to understand how that nothing becomes something. A place where one can learn to understand what power lies outside and inside oneself, within outsider position from where one can say the unsayable and do against freely, finding out what doing freely is. One stops being afraid of loneliness, hurt, cold and darkness, unlearning community pressure and lure of money, unlearning dictatorship of money. It is a place of innovation. We are so obedient that we stay silent when we should be shouting, we should be doing something instead of watching and standing by as destructive forces rule and do damage which is difficult or impossible to repair. There are people who have infinite belief in their power and correctness of their cause that they become blind to anything else.
Actually what Bush comments is pretty impressive.

Biggest issue of all in making change are people themselves, those people who get offended when their views are contradicted and questioned. The same people who think their power is in not changing, in believing the way of life they are grown into is holy, healthy and thereby correct. There are people who need to be made understand power of theirs and also powerlessness which lies in thinking we are made to live like our parents and follow the same path as consumers, workers and citizens. Power of consuming, moving, thinking, acting out, pretending, playing roles and power of working people is in thinking they do not have power other than that of an individual in ready-made society and playing it safe. How every decision we make have consequences is something we fail to believe as important. We are horrified by disasters but to acknowledge our culture as destructive on individual level is still slow and we are unwilling to see it, lazy to change our behavior. The consequences are severe and close by, they can be far away geographically so we do not sense them, they are not our concern as the smell is not in our noses. It is not irrelevant what we do and do not do. It is not meaningless we do not say and act against oppression, act against bad decision-making and think about our action in everyday life. Our comfort should be threatened because otherwise it will be too late to do anything.
What kind of power do people living in slums have? Is it the same kind of power than that of people who live in the suburbs have? Do we feel as powerless, unhappy and alone or are people in slums having advantages people who take care of their own businesses in suburb don’ t have? When people work together it is powerful and changes happen fast, issue is how people can be made to work together to benefit quality of life in general. Community has to want the same kind of change and believe it is possible. To organize such action needs an effort from above, by authority which is not corrupt and works for the people not for authority. Authority exists for community to work properly from below and on grassroot level. Meaning of administration and law is to make society just and orderly not corrupt and criminal.
People living in destitution without education without means to make their lives better maybe give up and wait other people to give a hand as those who have it better should. People who are weak because they are burdened by unnecessary every day struggle which could be easily helped, for people to feed themselves, find shelter and work can be tasks which take all energy. How can the poor better lives themselves when tools for climbing up are either taken away, non-existent, costly, when rest of the society does not care how they manage? When rest of the society is building fences and fancy apartment buildings for those who have money to pay. When money which is meant to help the poor flows into pockets of administrators and crooks? How do the impoverished feel year after year seeing the same shit happen and situation of theirs not changing for the better even though there are charities and Western helpers having their fancy projects? How should they feel is angry. How can they better lives behind fences when everything has a price tag and to live in a certain neighborhood is a stigma, a stench and a shadow, tourists wanting to take pictures. When owning stuff is your worth, when only when you can show off with luxury and look fly with possessions you are treated like a human being perspective into living and valuing life are greedy and an ongoing habit of mind. All that one has to get fast. What kind of values and deeds will make the poor rise up from their situation? As I understand crime is and has been the way up. Destitute areas are infested with crime and filth. We of course are worried how traumatised children will get, how early will they grow up, will they get their education and have dreams to reach out for.

Yes we are worried how things look and we have to do something. mostly we are patching up leaks giving instant relief. What does the surface of things look like, what is it and how we react to it? Lots of money flows, scandals are revealed. Money is what makes things happen in a certain way but we do not need a lot of cash to repair the broken core issues that need to be repaired and are necessary to live a dignified life, still there is a lot of money somewhere circulating. What does it do?

Taking liberties of telling someone how she or he should live, what to be, do, say and think.

We like to think we have power over others and also like to think it is something we are entitled to having and using as much as there is room for such use of power and abuse. Especially what comes to women, young ones particularly, are thought that they are there to be molded, told what to do in life and made to fit ideals of other people. Constant commenting on looks, sexiness, way of walking, what girls and women should do and should not do, policing of present and future by giving instructions, dos and don’ts. It is a long list of instructions that flow in front of a young person which is expected for that person to follow and take seriously. Instructions given by people who take authority because that other person seems fragile and easy to mold. My experience is that any objection is seen hostile and unjustified rebellion because a fragile person does not have rights. A seemingly fragile and small person probably does not think for herself, is not capable of deciding for herself. It is quite unbelievable to witness such totalitarian order which young people are thought they should inevitably and without resisting grow into. Discouragement and lack of mental support can be overwhelming. You have to have pretty feisty temper, have proud self-image and idea of yourself, have a focused determination to do what you want to do and be. The best expert of you is yourself. Tricky part is when you will find that thing of yours in which to believe completely.

None of these is simply dependent on how we compare our bodies to other people’s bodies. Our sense of self (of which body image is one component) is built up in more complex webs of social interaction that shape our sense of who we are, what is important about us, how we see ourselves.”

In order to do revolution of wisdom (though I am enraged)

Who is capable of knowing (what an insane question, but it’s reality to calculate capabilities. In that sense we are machines of evaluation.), what is important to know, what one can know, for who knowledge is given and from who it is forbidden. Who forbids, who is given the power to decide worthiness, who takes such power. Labeling people is where civilization begins. Labeling is a negative term, it can be giving a stigma, which plays a certain role in society. But we use labels whether they are good or bad because they clarify. The more contemporary we get the more labels there are and the more divided we become. Now there is more information than ever, how do we keep up with all this. It probably is not that clear anymore on which side one stands, it can be difficult to know what sides there are anymore. Are there opposites which are against each other, or just sides to things which state complexity of all. It takes time to comprehend beautiful simplicity which makes complexity and appreciate plurality instead of wanting to put it all in one same mould to have an easy and clear world.

Do we need to find out which entities are still fighting to begin a revolution? What there is to gain and is the gain the most important issue? World has always been divided by people, by geography, ethnicity, gender and religions. In order to understand we have had to give names, to learn the world and by learning the world we have learned to use it for our own good and bad. In all curiosity of man there have been advantages and disadvantages in a quite short time. Revolution is needed to make results of our curiosity to benefit all people and nature instead of doing the opposite. In order to do revolution of wisdom we do need to know what we are, who is what, where we are and why we live. To know, to be knowledgeable, some know more than others. Knowledge is also divided into more and less worthy.

How much do we know we are ourselves (do I think I am) and what is a self in civilized society of order? And what is civilized society?

How does a person become herself/himself in a society of strict order and codes of living? To do things that are forbidden and hide, or to do what you like and not hide. Face consequences. Is it being yourself to be able to do what you wish? Aren’t I and self connected in doing and making. I become me when I am active, because making makes me progress as a person. In this sense it is horrifying to think that women are restricted from doing. Women are restricted from evolving globally. I am also product of my society where I am what I do. Those who do not work what are they? Why are we labelled? Such doing which does not directly make money is considered not as important. To be important is to label, to have a say, what is that?

There are examples of where women are under strict religious order (it looks to me the most of the world is under such order). Women are monitored, capsuled and punished if not doing as they are commanded to do. I do not speak of one particular religion, but it seems to be characteristics of many religions to have power over women. Women are under command whether it is faith or capitalism. Why is it women need to be under authority of man. It is hilarious to even have to ask. It is a joke, the authority of man and the desire for power.  It is a joke to want power for the sake of having power.

Female body is strictly regulated possession, it is conscious use of power. We monitor consciously and unconsciously bodies of people, daily and it is obsessive and never enough. It is desire. This is an everyday topic, topic of look and attraction. Why is appearance and monitoring placed so high in our social order are basic questions for Feminists (as it should be for anybody) and demand in Feminist movement for women to be able to be and do, be free from authorities of Patriarchy, free from the all seeing judging eye, which has to be pleased. What is the part of our individual consciousness in moulding us and what is society to mould us? Society clearly has demands on every person and it clearly wishes to have us certain way.

Why does society demand anything if it is for us?

Our bodies are parts of organized society, parts of this constructed civilization. Media is filled with instructions of how to fit in, how to be best you can be in our given society. Curious is, is society moulding us or do we mould it by moulding ourselves or is it just interaction unable to be controlled?

And what does rebellion got to do with moulding us and society we live in? What kind of forms of rebellion are allowed and how far rebellion is ready to go in terms of taking what belongs to people, how do people define themselves and their role as persons, how do they reflect themselves within the society they live and what are their lives suppose to be? What are lives suppose to be is a strange question altogether, but it is somehow obvious there are assumptions that stick like glue. Ways of doing.

What exactly is being controlled firstly? Maybe enjoyment and lust. perhaps.

Stimulated, simulated, negotiated, forced, inflicted, given, numbed, self-inflicted, felt, lived through, avoided, how much pain is necessary, can one take, because without so-called suffering we don’t live. How do we call our pain? Do we exaggerate, complain, overexaggerate, do we compare ourselves to others and to their pain. Do we see it, effort, agony, lack of effort? To see an effort to gain, to learn, to work, to get something done. How much do our feelings guide our lives, our pain?

I therefore am connected through pictures to people who got hurt, someone killed, people being enraged because of unjust deaths, demanding blood for blood is still not a good answer.

We as people have hearts. That is what connects us, our anatomy and mental abilities, compassion and ability to empathise. Feel for someone, feel what that other is feeling. To possess on organ creating consciousness and state of mind (brain meaning heart) that can relate to other living organisms. Isn’t it seen as intellectual to suspend emotions, stay correct, cool politeness at a cocktail party, in an interview, panel discussion, at school etc.. Intellectual achievement like solving a problem, but staying distant. Political correctness, politically said, politically proper, no cakes on anyone’s faces. No screaming feminists. To think of someone else’s place, experiences, to think of someone else than yourself, altruistic approach, what can you do to others instead of thinking what can you gain from them or how do you look.

Intellect is an interesting topic to dive into in terms of revolution and social change. Who has intellect since it is a possession more and more abstract and what is intellect. It is so easy to be fooled. Living in conceptualized world, as our world becomes technologically instructed, constructed, led by unknown money, invisible power hands, lived with machinery, intellectually immaterial and visually stunning information cacophony, but stay correct and calm, since you are selling you, constantly. Intellect seen as heritage is a class society gift. People wrapped up and ready on levels of their breed, economy level, education level, society dividing us still within traditional, imagined, sexed capabilities – what can you do, what can you learn, how can you unlearn the notion that one cannot do something, thinking men can, women can’t. Divisions, classes, social ruling by

those who do not allow. That is intolerable! Emotions as world molding force. Huge. Is the counter pool nonexistent or is it emotionless machine-like humanity? Curious..
