How do you live with yourself?

Smell of fear. A figure of speech when you can sense the panic. What happens in our bodies in that moment? It happens quickly, adrenaline burst, blood flowing faster, blush and gush, rush of blood. Rush of alert, does it smell? Sniffing the air. Is it loss? Constant loss. They are gone.
Fears. Loss of your own life. There are situations that automatically raise feeling of fear, or what we have learned to be afraid of. What we are made to be afraid. Dark alleys, drunken men, cars or better yet, drivers. To become scared of something strange noises, strange people, strangeness, unfamiliarity, danger of dying, death, dying, getting old, maybe living maybe, fear of jumping, fear of turning upside down, making a change in oneself. That is frightening. Unlearning behavioral patterns, beliefs of what one cannot be and not being afraid and asking what if, that change, quality of change and what one might find.
